The importance of lazy days

Every now and again we all need a lazy day of curling up with a good book or have a movie marathon.

Today was one of those days. Homework be damned.

The Princess Bride.
“A classic fairy tale, with swordplay, giants, an evil prince, a beautiful princess, and yes, some kissing.”

The top 5 books:

The Descent by Jeff Long

Be prepared for a few scares when reading this one!

The Princess Bride by William Goldman

A classic from the moment it left the press.

Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins

A little young, but a suspenseful easy read.

the entire Sookie Stackhouse series by Charlaine Harris

I favor the first four novels. Once the fairies get involved it’s a little much for me.

and Love Poems by Pablo Neruda

OJO! Está escrito en español.

The Big Lebowski.
While it is action packed, this bowling based movie is definitely a comedy.

The top 5 movies:

The Big Lebowski

My all time favorite movie. Good times or bad – watch it.

Office Space

A good classic that everyone can relate to on those blah kind of days.

The Princess Bride

You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, you’ll need a snuggle buddy.

10 Things I Hate about You

I fall in love with Heath every time I see this. (May he rest in peace.)

Grease

Who doesn’t love a good late 70′s musical?
